About
Yup, that's me -->
"I'm not in this for the money, I'm in this for the dogs"
My Full Story
Your dog is not just your pet, it's your best friend; your child; the love of your life. You need to be able to trust the person they're with, that they will treat the dog as their own and willing to keep your dog safe and happy. I don't take it lightly taking care of someone's pet, I know the emotional connection we have with our dogs and the steady rock they provide and I truly treat every single dog (whether I know them or not) as my own dog. I want to go above and beyond for your dog because I fully believe they deserve the absolutely best life we can give them, including lots of cuddles, kisses, treats and butt scratches. A dogs walk is exactly that, theirs. I allow the dog to get the most out of their walk including lots of sniffing time (that mental workout) as well as the exercise.
I grew up always having a dog in the house but I have been living/traveling for the last 9 years and have been unable to own my own dog because I tend to pickup and move countries every couple years and I know that is way to hard and unfair a life for a dog to live. So instead I find flatmates with dogs, do dog walking and pretty much find any excuse to have dogs around in my life. This love of dogs is why I went into dog walking and sitting. The endless joy and love the bring to everyone they meet always puts a smile on my face (and gives me a big dopamine hit for sure). It's also why you'll see I have some of the lowest rates around, to me this isn't about the money, I truly just want to spend time with dogs.
I have lots of experience working with multiple different types, sizes, and natured dogs. This ranges from reactive to shy-timid dogs, 68-kg Bernie's to 4-kg munchkins, or eat anything they can find Beagles to couldn't care less about the walk Chow-Chows. You can have full faith that your dog can still get the most out of their walk without you having to worry about them at all. They are in very good hands.
